Ordering from the comfort and privacy of home couldn't be easier
these days. And if you have young kids, like us, it is unbelievably
easier than trying to keep the kids from touching everything while
shopping. Have fun and enjoy the ease of ordering on-line.
MINIMUM ORDER: Cardstock Headquarters.com has a minimum
order of $5.00. If you choose to order under $5.00, there will be a
$3.00 processing fee in addition to actual shipping charges.
(Shipping charges are calculated from product weight and available
on the shopping cart during checkout.) We will contact you
regarding your order and the $5.00 minimum via email.
DISCOUNTS: We are a site dedicated to the Retail Consumer,
therefore, we cannot offer wholesale or large quantity discounts.
Discounts are based on two price points and are available to everyone.
Orders shipped within the contiguous US and totaling over $100 will receive Free shipping..
International orders will receive $5 off for orders over $50 and $10
off for orders over $100. We also have sales going on constantly on brand new and close
out product, so be sure to take advantage of these savings as well.
CATALOGS: Since new product is constantly being added to
this website, we are unable to produce a paper catalog. For cardstock
enthusiasts, we recommend purchasing the Ultimate Swatchbook from the
Cardstock page. It is updated several times a year and is the most
valuable tool for being able to see and feel all the cardstocks
available on this site.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Cardstock Headquarters.com accepts Visa,
Pay Pal, MasterCard and
Discover. We do not accept personal checks; however, money orders can
be requested via email
(We will hold orders for up to two weeks for money order purchases).
When ordering from our website, there are three options for
placing your order and paying.
ON-LINE ORDERING:
When you find a product that you are interested in purchasing, simply
enter the quantity you wish and click on the "Add To Basket" button.
When you are ready to check-out, click on the "View My Basket" button at
the bottom of the Product list to the left of the screen. There you
can review your order, make any changes, or delete the whole thing, if
you wish. From there, click on the "Go To Check Out" button at the
bottom of the page. You will then need to fill out all the required
fields, including your credit card information. We accept VISA, Mastercard and Discover. You can also choose to call your credit card
in to 503.780-4591. When finished, click
the "Send Order Now" button. You MUST click this button or
your order will not be completed. You will immediately see a
"Thank You" message that contains your order number. It is a good idea
to print this page out. You should also receive an email confirmation
of your product order, provided that your email address was entered
correctly. (Shipping charges
for international orders will
not accurately appear on your order sheet or confirmation. If you have questions
about shipping charges, please refer to the Shipping page or
email us
for further details.)
Shipping to a PO Box Address: Please note that
if you want us to ship to a PO Box you will be charged actual shipping.
We can only use USPS to ship to a PO box which raises the cost of shipping our
product to our customers. Thanks for your understanding.
PHONE ORDERS:
Like ourselves, some folks are concerned about placing credit card
information on-line. Once you've entered the Check-Out portion of this
website, you are on a secure server. However, if you're more
comfortable, you can place your order via the shopping cart, following
the instructions above, and when you come to the Payment Options in
the Check-Out screen, click on "Will Call In Credit Card." Then, call
us at 503.780-4591. To speak with a real person, please
call during our normal business hours, 9am-5pm Pacific Time or you're
welcome to leave your information on the answer machine. Be sure to speak clearly
and be prepared with: your name as it appears on your card, your complete address
including zip code, your card number, expiration date and CVV code
(This code is found on the back side of your card where you sign your
name. It is the last 3 digits of that number).

- We cannot except any returned merchandise without prior
authorization. Any unauthorized return will be rejected at your expense.
Please call first at 503.780-4591 for further
instructions.
- We ABSOLUTELY cannot return software, books, or punches (unless
damaged).
- Requests for returns must be made within 10 days of the date on
your invoice/receipt.
- Unfortunately, there is a 20% restocking fee for returns that
are not a result of our error and for orders that are cancelled
after they have been processed and packaged for shipping. So, it is
best to be sure you want the product before you place your order.
- We will only issue an on-line store credit for items that are
returned in saleable condition and in their original packaging.
Defective items will be immediately replaced.
- We do not refund shipping costs.
- Claims for boxes that arrive damaged must be filed with the
carrier.
